Guests have exclusive use of the entire 600 sq ft private one-bedroom apartment, including the king bedroom, full kitchen, living area, spa-style en-suite bathroom, and in-unit washer and dryer. The apartment has its own private entrance and dedicated parking. There are no shared indoor spaces.
We are a local brand on the rise of thoughtfully curated, all-inclusive, comfortable vacation rentals with first-class professional hospitality. We have water front properties and paddle board rentals to enjoy coastal exploration and beautiful sunrises!
We will occasionally be on site during your stay but will be available 24/7 by phone. I like to give my guests space and privacy, but rest assured, if you have any questions or needs they will be met during your stay.

You`ll witness the sun rising over the majestic Pacific, casting a warm, golden glow on the pristine waters. Our neighborhood is a 2.5 mile direct drive down Spruce Cape to get downtown where you can discover the warm and welcoming Kodiak community spirit and explore our local culture and cuisine.
🚘 There`s plenty of parking at the house. We always recommend our guests rent a car to be fully flexible and independent. TURO is a good rental option for cars. In the winter the driveway can get icy as well as roads. We recommend a 4-wheel drive car during the winter season
This unit is a private ADU attached to a larger home. The apartment is fully separate, with locked interior separation, no shared spaces, and no interior access between units. Guests have a private entrance and dedicated parking, ensuring complete privacy during their stay.
