The property is located on the fourth floor of a residential building with 24-hour concierge service. It has separate elevator access. There are internal stairs for those staying in the bedroom.


The terrace with a wet area—featuring a jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sunbeds, and a gym—is located on the top floor of the building. To access it, take the elevator to the 6th floor and then go up one additional level via the emergency stairs.


Duplex apartment with NEW furniture, including Wi-Fi. On the first level, you’ll find a kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar and high chairs, a refrigerator, a microwave, and everything you need to prepare your meals. There’s also a laundry area with a washer and dryer, a guest bathroom, a living room with a 1.60-meter double sofa bed, a 50-inch TV, and a balcony. On the second level is the bedroom with air conditioning, a 1.60-meter bed, a 55-inch TV, and a window facing the street with a view of the city.

You must bring your own detergent. The trash chute is located near the elevator. Our cleaning staff performs a general cleaning every 15 days.

There are several paid parking options outside the building.
