Zingst - Ostsee - Urlaub - Erholung

Super Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Hervorzuheben ist die Nähe der Ostsee und der Boddenlandschaft. Herrlich ausgebaute Fahrradwege laden zum ausgedehnten Radwandern ein.

Sehr schöne moderne Fewo , sehr gute Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. In der Beschreibung war WLAN angegeben, das stimmt leider nicht mehr! Es fehlen Informationen zur Mülltrennung und wo sich der Müllraum befindet.

schönes Quartier für 2 Personen

Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen. Offensichtlich wird sie in Stand gehalten und immer wieder mal renoviert, was sehr positiv ist. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist nicht ganz ideal, da es auch als Schlafsofa dienen soll (für Personen 3-4), und es wird etwas unbequem, bzw. fehlt hier der "Gemütlichkeitsfaktor" ein wenig. Ein weiterer gemütlicher Sessel o.ä. wären schön. Das Bad ist klein aber fein. Die geräumige Dusche war eine Wohltat. Das Schlafzimmer geht zur Straße raus, was uns nicht störte, da es hier (zumindest in der Nebensaison - Anfang Mai) wenig Verkehr gibt. Die Küchenausstattung war für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr gut. Für den Urlaub zu zweit ist genügend Geschirr vorhanden. Im Nebenraum gab es auch genügend Putzmittel und einen Staubsauger, um zwischendurch mal eben den Sand zu beseitigen, den man vom Strand mitbringt. Da das Haus (und die 3 direkten Nachbargebäude) nicht voll belegt waren, empfanden wir das Haus auch als sehr ruhig. Wie es sich in der Hauptsaison verhält, können wir nicht sagen. Der Abstellraum in der Tiefgarage war ein Segen für die Unterbringung unseres Fahrradequipments. Mit dem Vermietungsbüro hat auch alles sehr unkompliziert geklappt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr gut vorbereitet und nach einer Minute hatten wir alles in der Hand, um in den Urlaub starten zu können. Unser Urlaub war sehr erholsam, vielen Dank. Gerne kommen wir wieder hierher und können das Appartement für einen Urlaub zu zweit sehr empfehlen.
