Welcome to Rosenhult and the Vidar house. This is 1 of 3 log houses built on the south side of the " Lower Great Lake" in woods of Gustavsborg, Perstorp. Located in the south part of Sweden just over 1 hours drive from bridge from Denmark or ferry's from Germany. New built 2021 this log house is an fantastic exclusive living, private location, amazing views of lake, forest and fields. Plenty of activities in the area around. This place is made for the adventurous or for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy the included cold-mangled bedsheets and freshly washed towels. Wifi. Enjoy fireplace inside, spacious living room inside the house or relax at the great terrace and take a bath in the luxurious outdoor SPA. Perfect for trekking, biking, riding, fishing and golf
Fantastic forests and lakes in the surroundings that just waits to be explored by foot, bike, horse or boat. Walking distance to 18 hole golf course, possibility to arrange trophy fishing for pike in lake system, you can also bring your own horse to a nearby stable. Lakes have rich fish and bird life. Its not unusual to see elk and different kinds of deer in the area.

Built with real timber logs, and at 100 m2 this house is a dream living. Interior is open up to roof to over 5 meters height.

A log house wall absorbs and gives humidity to the room. Ideal humidity inside is 30-50%. Log houses of massive timber breathe and is of nature always inside this interval. The air is pleasant to breathe and a dream asthma and allergic individuals. Spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and hot tub overlooking the lake. House have underfloor heating and fireplace for cozy moments. There boats, canoes and a kayak in the lake for guests.

Eksklusiv bjælkehytte

Vi havde 5 overnatninger med fokus på nærvær og afslapning. Bjælkehuset dannede nogle hyggelige rammer, der trods regn og skarp blæst, var dejlig varm, takket være gulvvarme og brændeovn med fri brænde. Den opvarmede og rene jacuzzi var et hit i al slags vejr. I det funktionelle køkken tilberedte vi al vores mad, efter nogle super lokale ture til blandt andet Söderåsens Nationalpark. Der er god dialog med udlejer. Vi anbefaler på det varmeste at booke dette enestående feriehus.

Traumhaftes Haus in wunderschöner Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön, liegt traumhaft an einem tollen See und ist mit allem ausgestattet, das man im Urlaub braucht. Besonders der Whirlpool und die frei nutzbaren Boote haben uns und den Kindern sehr gefallen.
