The holiday rental is located on the 2nd floor. It has two rooftop terraces, one facing south and one facing east. A parking space is available.
The apartment has an area of approximately 65 square metres, featuring a living/dining area and a balcony, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower and tub. A staircase leads from the hallway, through another room, to the rooftop terraces (south-facing rooftop terrace approx. 35 m² / east-facing rooftop terrace approx. 16 m²). In the upper room—approx. 5 m²—there is a small loft with a sleeping area (sofa bed—sleeping surface 1.30 m x 2.00 m). The rooms have hardwood floors and underfloor heating. The apartment features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, etc., a dining area (seats 4), a furnished living area with satellite TV, radio, and CD player, a bedroom with a double bed, and a built-in closet with a TV. Lounge furniture and lounge chairs are available for the rooftop terraces. An awning and a parasol provide shade

This newly built holiday rental is located on the 2nd floor of a residential building with a view of the harbour. The apartment itself has an area of 65 square metres and features a fully equipped living area, including satellite TV and a sound system, a dining area, and an adjoining balcony. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, a built-in closet, and a TV, as well as a modern bathroom with a tub and shower. A staircase in the hallway leads to the open loft, from which two rooftop terraces—outdoor areas furnished with lounge furniture—await guests. The open loft features a sleeper sofa (sleeping area: 2 m x 1.30 m). All rooms feature underfloor heating and either hardwood floors or tile. The modern, fully equipped kitchen—complete with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker—leaves nothing to be desired. A parking space next to the house is available for your use.


The holiday rental is located directly on Lake Großräschen, with a great view of the newly built city harbour and beach. It’s an ideal starting point for active recreation, as the Ilse Circular Trail—which connects to the network of bike paths in the Lusatian Lake District—runs right past the house. The IBA Terraces, the vineyard by the pier, the Avenue of Stones, and the Viktoriahöhe lookout point are all within walking distance. You’ll also find dining options in the vicinity of the holiday rental. Additional attractions showcasing landscape and structural transformation can be reached within a 30-minute drive.
