Guest Access:

Access to the building is facilitated by retrieving the key from a secure box, while entry to the apartment itself is through an electronic lock with a code, ensuring both safety and ease of access.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment has a strategic location that benefits tourism in Buenos Aires.



Located in San Telmo, one of the most beautiful and full of history neighborhoods of our city. Art galleries, late-night bars, and street murals give San Telmo a bohemian vibe. Home of a beautiful flea market and street performers that attract tourists every Sunday.



In Lezama Park, trails wind around tall jacaranda trees and the Italian National Historical Museum. The neighborhood has many establishments that offer dinner with tango shows.



Getting Around:

The apartment enjoys a privileged location, being very close to some of the main avenues of the city: Av. San Juan, Av. Independencia, and Av. 9 de Julio. With a wide range of bus lines available, you'll have direct access to every corner of the city.



The nearest Metro (Subway) station to the apartment is just one block away, on Av. San Juan, at San Juan Station on Line C, identified by the blue color.



Here, you'll find a great variety of places to explore and stroll, with bus options taking you to the city center and surrounding areas. Additionally, for convenient city transportation, you can use ride-sharing apps like Uber, Cabify, or Didi.



Other Things to Note:

We only accept payments through the app for reservations and additional services such as extra cleanings, early check-in, and late check-out.



The TV does not have cable. It's a Smart TV where you can watch content by connecting your phone or using apps like YouTube and Netflix.



The laundry room is located on the 14th floor, on the terrace. There is a washer and dryer available, and laundry service is paid with tokens. Upon arrival at the apartment, you will find a sign indicating where to purchase them.
