Located just 150 m from Lake Constance and close to the historic old town, the modern holiday apartment "Haus Behr am See Nr. 2" impresses with its new, high-quality design. The 55 m² apartment features an open sleeping area with TV and a large double bed (180x200), a dining area, and another sleeping space with a sofa bed (120x200), all within a single open-plan room. There is also a modern bathroom and a kitchen-living room with an additional dining table.



The apartment accommodates 3 guests and is equipped with WiFi and satellite TV.



In front of the apartment, you will find a courtyard with a garden bench and table, perfect for relaxing.



The lakeside promenade and historic old town are just a 2-minute walk away. You will find many restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops nearby. Events such as the traditional "Hausherrenfest" with fireworks take place on the promenade. Popular destinations like Konstanz, Reichenau Island, Mainau, and Meersburg are within 10–20 km.



Bed linen and towels are included. Please wear slippers inside the apartment. Smoking is only allowed in the courtyard. Parties are not permitted. Cars can be parked in a public car park, available for an extra fee.



Guests are required to clean the kitchen themselves (dishes, cutlery, pans, pots, oven, waste disposal, etc.).



Children aged 6 and above are welcome.

Sehr schöne und helle Wohnung mit top Ausstattung

Pros: Check-in und Check-out waren schnell und einfach. Der Empfang bei Ankunft war sehr freundlich. Es war alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was wir brauchten. Auch die Lage ist schön ruhig und in Seenähe. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Das Haus am See hat eine sehr gute Lage.

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr gut, um mit dem Rad zu starten und abends in die Altstadt zu gehen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und alles verlief sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Geräten und sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert.

Sehr schön.

Pros: Alles! See, Bahnhof, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten super gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Freundliche und unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Verbesserungsvorschläge für Gastgeber: Die Fahrräder mal zur Werkstatt zu fahren damit diese problemlos funktionieren. Dann wäre das Komplett Packet genial. Wir werden nochmal kommen. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen!
