The home was clean and was as described in the listing. There are enough essentials to get you started. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature and the view was wonderful. We saw starfish on the seawall, dolphins, many birds, and iguanas. The property is about a 10 minute drive to South Marco Beach where the sunsets were amazing. The drive to Tiger Tail beach was less than 5 minutes. Groceries, fresh sea food markets, and shopping within minutes.
