This stylishly decorated home comfortably sleeps 10; one luxurious king in the master overlooking the water, and 3 more queens plus a queen sofa sleeper. The fully-equipped kitchen opens up into the living & dining areas, creating plenty of space and an at home feel. 2 pets allowed with an extra $100 pet fee.

The house sits on a deep water canal with easy access to the Santa Rosa Sound. With a public launch nearby, you`ll be able to bring your own boat or jet skis or rent them with ease. There is plenty of room in the driveway for a boat or jet ski trailer. Fishing, boating, kayaking & paddle boarding all can be done right from the back yard! Enjoy the sunrise on the back deck and sunsets on the front. Plenty of storage and parking at this newly updated home on a quiet street on Navarre Beach. Just a short walk or drive to the Gulf of Mexico and the sugary white sand beaches. Beach towels, beach chairs & umbrellas provided with your stay. Small Pets allowed with an extra $100 pet fee.

Guests do not have access to the garage or lifts.
No house parties allowed, but will consider weddings and/or receptions on request.
