This three-bedroom, two-bathroom bungalow sits behind private gates on a quiet, park-facing street. The whole home is yours, patio, backyard, and all. Everything inside was designed to feel warm and comfortable: full kitchen, in-unit laundry, central AC, and free parking included.

Bus stop a couple of blocks away, Metro Micro pickup nearby, and the Glendale Metrolink station just 5 minutes away, connecting you to the whole LA metro network.

Our team stops by once a week during the day to water and maintain the garden. If you`d prefer we skip it during your stay, just send us a message before you arrive and we`ll sort it out.
Please kindly:

A/C, heater, all appliances (incl. TV) and lights must always be turned OFF when leaving the house, even for just a short time. Do not let either run if not necessary. Windows and doors must be closed when A/C or heater are in use.

Respect the property and treat it with care. Maintain cleanliness during your stay. Regularly air the house, especially the bathrooms.

Dispose of trash properly. Trash needs to be put out on Monday night for Tuesday collection on the right hand side outside the gate.

Host takes no liability for cars parked on the compound. Car owners alone are liable for their vehicles.
