Holiday house OLIVE GARDEN

Spacious holiday house in Brzac, island Krk for up to 10 persons. The house spreads over two levels and consists of five bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen with dining area, living area and garden with swimming pool. Outdoor sitting/dining area, terrace with barbecue and a parking spot are at your disposal. The house is an ideal choice for bigger families or a group of friends. Pets are welcome too!The pool is open 15.04.-15.10.

Milohnici
Milohnici is a place situated in the western part of the island which was built in the 15th century when this part of the island was settled by the residents from the nearby Velebit.

Today there live 86 inhabitants who are mostly engaged in agriculture, fishing, and more recently tourism.

Tourism in Milohnici
Although a small place, it has everything you need to meet the demands of tourists. The sea is only 2 km away and the nearest beaches are mostly pebble and rocky surrounded by greenery.

There are two restaurants that offer excellent local food. Although there is no built hotel accommodation, friendly hosts have private accommodation, apartments and rooms on disposal.

Near Milohnici is Glavotok, where tourists can visit Franciscan monastery and the protected forest reserve but also church of St. Krsevan near Milohnici.
In August, in Milohnici is held folk festival that attracts many visitors from all over the island.

The ferry port Valbiska, which connects the island of Krk with islands of Cres and Rab is 5 km away from Milohnici so, for those who spend vacation here, day trips to neighboring islands are unavoidable.

Milohnici is the ideal place for vacation in a quiet environment.

Beaches

Bujina

The wild bay near Milohnići is called Bujina and can be reached by a gravel path from Milohnić. On the way to the beach you have to walk a few hundred meters through the forest. It's a quiet beach in a sheltered bay with rocks and rough gravel. Because of the distance, in the high season you can still find a nice, shady spot. There are other beautiful beaches and coves within walking distance of this bay. Near the parking lot there is a 12th century church of St. Krševan, which you can visit along the way.

Glorious residence!

Perfect place for a group of friends or a larger family. The outdoor kitchen is very well equipped and the pool is fantastic. From the balconies you can enjoy the view of the sea while sipping your morning coffee.

Very pleasant stay and good location for families

The house is well equipped, good standard and comfortable. Plus is the outdoor grill. It’s located close to several beautiful beaches accessible by walk (20 min). Small supermarket and a good restaurant close by. However you will generally need a car for your journey.

Beautiful holiday house with private garden and pool

OLIVE GARDEN is a beautiful holiday house with private garden, small pool, barbeque area, sun loungers and pool lounge. The house and property are perfectly suited for big family or even two families that like some privacy and rest. Kitchen equipment is superb and clean, nothing was missing. More than enough towels for two weeks have been provided and the complete house is really nice. We loved it. Location is close to one beach reachable on foot (1km) and many alternative beaches are reachable withing 10-15min drive with the car. Neighborhood is rural and close to nature. A small food store and a nice Konoba can be reached on foot or short bike ride. Perfect location for a recreative vacation.

Brilliant service!

As a group of 9 friends, we loved our stay here. The host was easy to communicate with and really helpful and understanding when we asked for some admin help due to some changing plans. The house is well laid out for a group of friends - all rooms are the same size and have the same look and feel, so it’s quite democratic when dividing everyone up :) beds are comfy and the bathrooms are clean and have everything they need. Kitchen is great for cooking for larger groups, well equipped with enough utensils and big pans so be able to make big meals! We also loved the bbq outside and enjoyed sitting out on the patio at the big wooden table. The closest beach is unfortunately closed for public access now, but there’s another small one (no amenities but beautiful) about 25 min walk from the house. Note it’s a downhill walk through the forest, which again is very beautiful, but not suited for prams or anyone with walking difficulties. We loved our stay!

Special place!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, es hat alles gepasst. Der Pool hat nur etwas Wasser verloren, auf Anweisung haben wir immer Wasser laufen lassen, was den Pool natürlich kälter gemacht hat. Ist für uns aber kein Problem gewesen, es war eine gute Abkühlung :-)

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Daniel as a guest. After checkout, we found multiple damages in the property: several towels were permanently stained beyond recovery, walls were visibly marked and dirty, and part of the laminate flooring was damaged. The overall condition of the house required deep cleaning and repairs far beyond normal use. Communication before arrival was standard, but the property was left in a condition that does not meet basic guest responsibility. We do not recommend hosting Daniel again.

Es war sehr schön. Wir waren eine Woche in den Pfingstferien vor Ort. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Es kam auch immer wieder jemand für den Pool. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war hervorragend. Kaffeemaschine, Kapselmaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, elektronische Zitronenpresse, Eiswürfelmaschine uvm. Kochutensilien und Geschirr ließen keine Wünsche offen. Geschirrspültabs, Spülmittel uvm reichlich vorhanden. Musikanlage auf der Terrasse gab es auch. Viele Liegen mit ordentlichen Auflagen. Wir hatten nichts zu meckern und werden wieder kommen. 5 Sterne

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt

Das Objekt entspricht dem Inserat, lediglich an der Sauberkeit in der Grillecke besteht ein dringlicher Nachholbedarf. Unter den Betten könnte ebenfalls ein bischen gründlicher geputzt werden. Die Vermieter sind supernett und gaben auch den ein oder anderen Insidertip.
