Unit had everything we needed. Good bedding, towels, and kitchen amenities. Great shower pressure. access to garage for vehicle was nice, as parking on the street out front is limited. Only would have liked "table salt" - but I could have brought some too. Happy with communication, and accommodations, and would stay again.
Place is a bit worn down but it was comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a short stay. Owner was very communicative and checking/out was easy. Location is close to all amenities in harbour landing.
This is a great place to stay to visit family in the Regina area as it’s close to the airport and easy to navigate by car to all of Regina. House was great to cook in and to gather as a family. Beds were comfy and the house was clean. Fireplace worked great and without issues when we used it to warm up after the temperature dropped. Love having the garage option and the fenced in yard
Our stay was good. We had enough room for all. It was a good location. The climate was good. The shower did not work well and a dog howled often. (Poor dog). Otherwise it was good.
The house suited our needs and I would highly recommend it. The only downside was limited parking if you have more than one vehicle, especially large trucks. Roads very narrow and icy.
We are pretty easy going so it was fine for us. The unit does not show well upon arrival because the front step was wobbly and the deck in dire need of a paint job. There was only one tv, the kitchen table top was not attached to the legs which could have been a disaster, the grill was very dirty and the lid was broken, there was only one house key, and there were no closets, but otherwise it was fine.
You get what you pay for. The house is dated and requires some TLC. There were food and toiletries from previous users. The dryer vent hadn’t been cleaned for a while. The shower curtain rod drooped so the curtain slid to the middle of the rod. We had to put towels on the floor when we showered. On our final day, a family member fixed the curtain rod. The front door doesn’t lock properly because there are screws missing. We never felt settled in the space. Our previous booking cancelled on is so we were left scrambling to find other accommodations. The location suited our needs and it was one of the few listings that allowed pets.

This was a lovely house. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has a nice island for extra seating or visiting while cooking. The open concept from kitchen to living room means no one is sequestered away while they cook a meal and everybody else visits. The backyard is fenced, but if you have a small dog, be aware that they might be able to squirm out beneath the gate. Garage parking was lovely. There is limited parking on the street and it fills up fast. Everything that was needed to cook a turkey supper was available although I did bring my own roaster because it’s what I’m used to. The shower is fantastic and I wish I had realized it sooner… I would’ve ducked in there a few more times. There were plenty of towels for everyone in our group. Washer and dryer accessibility was really nice. The covered deck on the front was really nice to sit out in the evening. The communication with the host was great. They got back to me in a reasonable amount of time anytime I sent a message. Overall, we have no complaints and I will definitely keep this in my favourites to stay again.
We were thankful to find this place, and our kind host made sure to communicate and help us with everything we needed. The place was comfortable and clean, and we were thankful for the fireplace on cold winter days. The parking provided was the bonus as street parking was at a premium. Definitely recommend this place, and look forward to a return visit!
