or spend the day doing activities:

swim, enjoy our massage chair, our other outdoor features. We have Pickle, tennis, yogalaties, a fitness center, grab a bicycle, or take a walk in town or the beaches to explore the local beauty.

We offer rides to and from Town or the Beach from 10am -10pm.

During the summer, complimentary pick-up and drop-off is available during off-peak hours from the Hampton Jitney and Southampton Train Station with at least 24 hours’ notice.



The Space:

Each guest room is en-suite designed to offer comfort privacy and tranquility all year round. Bedding and linens match the time of year.

While dark ralph lauren fabrics fill our winter rooms, the warmer months will be lined with

linen /cotton earth tones to provide a serene cool comfort setting for the summer months.



Guest Access:

All of our rooms have private full bath that will be cleaned daily, guests can wash their own laundry or pay for service. All guests ca enjoy use of Pool, Tennis, fitness center, free bicycle and scooter, beach games, yogalaties on Saturday’s and Sunday’s and more!

Guests can enjoy a ride to Town from 10am to 10pm on weekends and during the summer season, or use one of our Bicycles to take a ride to the beach.

Inside the home guests share a common kitchenette / lounge on the 2nd floor where they have access to Laundry as well. The

first floor has seating / lounging for guests including relaxation a massage chair and lots of comfy areas. For those who can’t totally escape we have a business center on site away from those escaping their day jobs.

2 miles from everything Southampton offers !



Getting Around:

We are a 10 minute Bike ride to SH Town, village, Coopers Beach, Shinnnecock Golf club, the hampton Jitney station and plenty of fresh local markets.



Other Things to Note:

Breakfast will be from a variety of local grocers and farmers offering homemade organic treats from local resources; farm to table

always.



Prices are subject to change before your reservation is confirmed.

We require a minimum 2 night stay from May- Sept. except during the golf US Open there will be a 3 night minimum (Rides to and from event included).
