Die Lage. Das Haus liegt ruhig und am Spielplatz. Der Strand, der Supermarkt (Edeka), der Bäcker und der Ortskern sind gut fußläufig erreichbar. Man kommt problemlos mit Bus und Bahn nach Zingst. Von der Bushaltesstelle kann man in 15min zum Haus laufen. Super.

Für sechs Personen optimal, tolle Ausstattung.

Die Wohnung ist hochwertig eingerichtet. Helle Räume, gute Ausstattung. Wir waren mit Familie und drei PKW dort. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Parksituation am Objekt und in ganz Zingst. Am Objekt steht offiziell nur ein Platz zur Verfügung. Wir haben mit Genehmigung der Vermietung zwei PKW abstellen können. Ansonsten gibt es keine kostenfreien oder günstigen Parkmöglichkeiten im ganzen Ort. 15 Euro pro Tag. Sehr touristenunfreundlich. Das ist aber nicht Sache der Vermietung. Für uns ist Zingst deshalb keine Reise mehr wert! Schade!
