GENERAL AIRBNB RULES
It is mandatory to read the rules before making a reservation.
1. The property must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
2. Loud volume is prohibited, especially after 10 pm. A fine will be imposed after the first warning.
3. Only guests and visitors registered on the platform and notified to the host will be granted access.
4. Parties are prohibited, as well as wandering outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages.
5. Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. If they get dirty, an additional cleaning or replacement fee will be charged.
6. A charge will be applied for towels and/or sheets if they get stained, whether from makeup or another substance.
7. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
8. If any damage to furniture and/or inventory is observed, the host must be notified as soon as possible.
9. Only the indicated parking space may be used.
10. Air conditioners must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
11. Pets are prohibited. In the case of a service animal, it must be approved by the host.
12. The rules for amenities must be respected.
13. Keys and/or cards must be left in the place indicated by the host at check-out.
GENERAL BUILDING AND AMENITY RULES
1. The use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance and is subject to prior reservation and cost, if applicable.
2. Respect the rules for each amenity, which are indicated in the folder inside the apartment and shown in the photos of the listing.
3. The common areas of the building must be respected. The guest will be financially responsible for any damages.
FINES
Violating any point of the rules may result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.
Stained sofa, rug, and/or mattress: $2,500 MXN, previously quoted by the ChemDry cleaning company. If the stain cannot be removed, the full cost of the item will be charged.
Stained linens: $800 MXN per set of sheets, $500 MXN per towel, and $1,500 MXN per duvet.
Damage and/or loss of furniture and inventory: Value of the item (If not notified to the host, there will be an additional charge of $1,000 MXN).
Damage to property: Material cost + Labor cost + $1,500.00 MXN for repair time.
Loss of keys and/or cards will result in a replacement fee of $500 MXN.
