Liebes Lilio Sattler Team, wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Einzig bei der Sauberkeit ist etwas Nachbesserung notwendig. Gerade unter dem Sofa und den Schränken war es recht staubig. Aber auch im Sofa haben wir ältere Essensreste gefunden sonst war alles super. Herzliche Grüße Antje Säuberlich

Die Mitarbeiterinnen im Büro waren sehr, sehr freundlich, und man fühlte sich willkommen. Wir haben das Haus sehr sauber und gepflegt vorgefunden. Auch das mit den Wäschepaketen hat wunderbar funktioniert! Die Ausstattung im Ferienhaus könnte an einigen Stellen etwas verbessert werden, zum Beispiel könnten saubere Klobürsten in den Toiletten sein, Handfeger und Müllschippe ausgewechselt werden und der Staubsauger funktionierte nur eingeschränkt. Ansonsten war das Haus ideal für zwei Familien, unser Nachbarhaus haben unsere Verwandten gebucht gehabt. Für die Kinder war der Garten toll! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
