Pros: The apartments were better than I thought. The owner sent a very detailed instruction for the period of stay in the apartment. The apartment is splendid! Purely! Sea view! Pool! The kitchen has a lot of dishes, it is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher. For the beach there are 3 sun umbrellas and 2 sun loungers. Large balcony. The balcony has furniture. Everything was amazing! Eric and Rosi are very good hosts! Thank you!

Bekväma sängar. Rikligt med köksutstyr: maskiner + kastruller etc. Soffmöblemang inne + balkongmöbler. Nackdelar: Hängutrymme för kläder finns, men inte en enda ledig hylla/låda: lägenheten används uppenbarligen av ägarparet som bostad. Mörka färger. Solen försvinner från balkongen efter 15.30.

Pros: J'ai loué cette appart pour 20 jours. Elle est très bien située avec une très belle vue sur la mer, la plage et le boulevard Saint Cristobal. J'y ai passé de très bons moments en famille. La propriètaire, Mme Rosi est très gentille, serviable et serieuse. L'appartement est très bien équippée est très propre. L'immeuble Epsilon I est très calme même s'il abrite l'hôtel Al Rayane. Et juste à côté, il y a de beaux restaurants, surtout Donté à droit dans l'immeuble Los Ramos et le pizzeria qui fait le coin à gauche juste à côté d'Epsilon I. Pour moi, rien à reprocher à cet appartement que de petites difficultées à trouver une place de stationnement dans les parking très proches en été, surtout les weeck-end. Bref, c'est une meilleure adresse à conseiller.
