Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Toller Blick. Erreichbare Wanderwege. Etwas längere Anfahrt vom See aus war uns bekannt. Enge und steile Anfahrt ab Gardola hatte der Vermieter korrekt angekündigt. Guter Service am Gemeinschaftspool und sehr nette Mitarbeiterinnen im Büro der Anlage, die uns Unterlagen ausdrucken ließen. Der Pool war noch bis 21. 9. Geöffnet. Gardola bietet für die Ortsgröße einige nette Restaurants. Die Zimmer sind wie beschrieben sehr klein, aber das Ferienhaus mit Liebe eingerichtet und der Vermieter stellt für alle Bedürfnisse Ausstattung bereit. Unsere volle Empfehlung

Un bungalow agreable avec une grande piece à vivre, une cuisine bien équipée et une grande terrasse. Drapsbet serviettes fournis. Piscine et coin loisirs de la residence agréables. L'accès est par contre assez étroit et compliqué en stationnement pour un grand vehicule. Les chambres sont assez petites.

Check in war unproblematisch. Das Haus selbst befindet sich innerhalb der Bungalowanlage relativ weit oben und damit in ruhiger Lage. Ohne eignen PKW wahrscheinlich eher schwierig zu erreichen. Das Haus hat ein sehr schönes Wohnzimmer mit gutem Ausblick . Auch die Terrasse , die L-förmig um das Haus geht ist sehr schön mit Ausblick auf die Berge und den See. Die Terrasse ist auch wesentlich größer als auf dem Bild zu erkennen. Küche hat alles was man braucht, generell ist die Ausstattung im haus sehr gut. Fernseher, Radio und Internet sind vorhanden und können genutzt werden ( die deutschen sender findet man ab Platz 101 ). Das Bad ist klein , wir wearen nur zu zweit , da war das kein Problem. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind leider sehr klein und einfach ausgestattet. Für 6 Erwachsene würde ich das nur empfehlen, wenn die Ansprüche ans Schlafzimmer gering sind, wir waren nur zu zweit. Möbel für die Terrasse sind im angenzenden Schuppen ausreichend vorhanden. Die komplette Anlage liegt oben am Berg, daher hat man natürlich jeden Tag ca. 10 - 15 Minuten um runter an die Strasse zum See zu kommen - dafür hat man aber auch eine herrlich ruhige Lage. Schiebetür ließ sich nur schwer öffnen. Das haus selbst ist eines der größeren in der Anlage. Fazit: Für 6 Personen nur wenn man wirklich keine Ansprüche an die Schlafräume stellt und mit einer Dusche Toilette klar kommt. Dafür tolle Lage von Haus , auch in der Anlage selbst , mit wunderbaren Ausblick und Stellplatz direkt am Haus.

ein schönes kleines haus, große außenanlage, teilweise überdacht. kleine grünfläche. großer sonnenschirm, 1parkplatz beim haus, bzw. 2.parkplatz neben haus.kleiner supermarkt und restaurant in der nähe. ruhige lage. kleiner wald in umgebung. gerne wieder

Die Lage ist unmöglich, nicht schön

Die Zufahrt ist total eng und steil, nur Bergauf und Spitzkehren. Mit großem Auto schwierig. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, Staub unter Papierreste unter den Betten. Waschbecken im Bad hatte noch Sandreste, einfach bäh. Die Unterkunft viel zu klein, für bis zu 6 Personen ungeeignet. Das Bad ist kleiner als eine Besenkammer, in den Zimmern kann man sich fast nicht umdrehen. Es zieht an der Haustür und den Fenstern, selbst mit Ofen wird die Bude kaum warm. Wenn man den Backofen einschaltet und noch was anderes läuft, fliegt die Sicherung. Der Boden der Terasse ist verrottet, teilweise stehen Schrauben raus. Die Schiebetür zu Terasse ist nur mit extremen Kraftaufwand zu öffnen. Nicht emfeehlswert, ist das Geld nicht wert.

Vorzeitige Abreise wegen Schmutz und Modergeruch

Leider vorzeitige Abreise nötig, weil Modergeruch für mich als Asthmatiker nicht tragbar war. Außerdem war das Haus nur ungenügend gereinigt und das Mobiliar ist teilweise defekt (Sesselsitz gerissen, durchgelegene Betten und morsche Terrasse. Der Vermieter ist uns aber netterweise mit einer sofortigen Teilrückzahlung entgegengekommen.

Schöne Zeit am Gardasee

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Objekt, mit schonen Blick auf die Berge. Toller Schwimming Pool in der Nähe. Der Brötchen Service hat uns auch gut gefallen. Leider ist die Terasse in die Jahre gekommen und man sollte dort nicht Barfuss laufen, da rostige Schrauben herausstehen. Die Schiebetür zu besagter Terasse lässt sich nur mit einigem Kraftaufwand öffnen. Alles andere Ok, besonders die Ausstattung war hervorragend.
