Private 3BR suite designed with a bold purple K-State vibe and built for connection. Enjoy a dedicated game lounge with pool table, shuffleboard, and a full entertainment setup—perfect for groups, game days, or weekend getaways. Modern finishes, comfortable beds, and a clean, high-end feel throughout. Conveniently located near K-State sports complex, with easy access to dining, campus, and local events. Ideal for friends, families, and Wildcat fans.

Guests will be sent a door code the day prior to check in.

While we admire and appreciate furry friends, we do not allow them in our space. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.
Guests are to obey quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00AM.

No third party bookings. Third party bookings are subject to cancellation without a refund.

No outside visitors (other than guests accounted for on reservation) allowed in the house. If outside guests are brought into the house, you will be subject to a $50/person per occurrence charge.

Please lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.

No smoking/vaping/marijuana inside the unit or building. You may smoke outside on the patio.

Guests who do not check out by 11:00 AM are subject to an additional charge of $30 for every half hour they have not checked out.
