Strip used beds. Place used sheets and towels in the laundry basket in the bedroom closet. Leave duvets on beds. Wash any used dishes and either put them away or leave them on the drying rack.
Trash may be left inside. If full, please take it to the alley bins and replace the bag.
Turn off all lights and fans. Lock all windows and doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours 10 p.m.–7 a.m. No smoking anywhere on property. Guests do not have access to basement or upper unit.
Guests have access to shared backyard with firepit, please use responsibly. Do not touch or move displayed art.
Do not use glitter, confetti, glue, or similar materials inside apartment. Do not pour grease, oil, coffee grounds, or food scraps down sink drain.

We stayed a night to attend an event that was close by. The place is nicely kept and cozy. We enjoyed the art decor displayed around the house, which were created by local artists, I personally liked the animal pieces in the master bedroom. The neighborhood seems pretty quiet and has a few parks and the river nearby, and other locations that are in walking distance. The hosts were kind and respectful. They provided detailed instructions for checking in and out, as well as parking. Overall, a very enjoyable visit!
