About the host
Hosted by Stephanie Plocharski
My husband, Diego, and I are from Guatemala and we are lucky to have this beautiful place. We currently live in Guatemala so we have the opportunity to rent out our beloved place and share it with travelers from around the world. Hope you love and enjoy it as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
The views are amazing and the exclusivity is priceless. Owning a piece of Key Biscayne is a dream come true. The neighborhood is quiet and offers activities for all types of lifestyles. You can relax at the private beach, have some fun with water activities, enjoy great dinning or bike around the beautiful key.
What makes this property unique
We put a lot of love and attention to details with the decor, creating a homey ambiance where you can feel welcome and like your at a five star hotel. Also, the views are pretty amazing. You can enjoy your morning coffee with the sunrise and relax with a drink while watching the sunset…all from the comfort of the furnished balcony.
