Beautiful modern apartment near the sea.



The apartment is located on the second floor, the building is quiet and has only a few tenants. In the spacious apartment you have two bedrooms and a bathroom at your disposal.



The spacious living room opens onto a large covered terrace with views of the countryside and the sea beyond. Enjoy a cold drink here in the evening and relax at the end of the day.



The first beaches can be reached in just 2 minutes by car. The seafront promenade leads to Faana and Peroj. Faana is a small fishing village with many restaurants and events in summer. Be sure to visit the Brijuni National Park. Explore and visit Pula, which is dominated by the beautiful Pula Arena.

Wunderbare sehr helle, sehr saubere Wohnung im 2. Stock, alles ganz neu, sehr geräumig, riesiger überdachter Balkon mit weitem Blick ins die grüne Natur. Ruhig gelegen abseits von der Straße. Ein Bäcker ist zu Fuß erreichbar, mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten in Pula oder am Strand. Guter Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden von Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Lim Fjord und Bale.

Die Betten waren nicht bequem, bei zwei Wochen Urlaub kriegt man definitiv Rückenschmerzen ;-) 3. Wir haben 29b gebucht, eingecheckt wurden aber in 29c mit den anderen Aussichten aus den Fenstern (Baustellen). Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über Nachbarin. Sonst war alles okay. 4. Die Wände sind leider so dünn, dass man alles hört. Wenn die Kinder schlafen, gibt es leider keine Möglichkeit auf dem Balkon sich vernünftig aufzuhalten. Ansonsten ist der Unterkunft okay.

Große schöne Fewo

Eine wirklich sehr schöne Fewo, alles war neu und sehr chic. Klasse Terrasse. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Das WLan funktionierte nicht. Eine Mietpreisminderung wurde akzeptiert und Geld wird (hoffentlich) zurückerstattet.
