The apartment is approximately 57 m² and features a ground-level, barrier-free entrance. It has one bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bright and spacious living-bedroom area with a pull-out sofa, TV, and internet access. There is a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a well-equipped kitchen featuring a fridge-freezer, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, toaster, tea towels, and cleaning cloths. From here, you can access the furnished balcony. Electric roller shutters and additional pleated blinds, an lift, underfloor heating, and a carport parking space are available. There is an electric vehicle charging station across from the house. Towels and bed linens are provided, and Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The holiday rental has been awarded 3 stars by the German Tourism Association. Check-in is from 3:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM (later check-out is possible upon request). Keys are handed over in person on site; please provide a brief notice of your arrival time. Pets are not allowed. An extra bed is available free of charge upon request. The visitor’s tax of 1.70 EUR per person per day for guests aged 18 and older is billed separately on site. The day of arrival and the day of departure are each counted as one day.
