Great house with an awesome view

Very clean property and upgrades were well done. Everything worked as expected and no issues during our stay. Home provided everything we needed. Property was just right for our family and was nice change from the traditional beach rental. All the windows gave a beautiful view of the lake. The seabim team was great and made everything easy. Best home rental process experience we have ever had. Very happy with our stay and would rent from seabim again in the future.

Awesome home!

This property was exactly as described. It is a very beautiful house and the views of the lake are magnificent. The pool is nice and large and my family really enjoyed our time in the yard and the pool. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you may need. The bedrooms and bathrooms have plenty of storage to be able to put everything away for your stay. You also have use of a full size washer/dryer which is such a nice bonus. We treated this home with the same love and kindness we do with our own home. This property is run very professionally and they respond to any and all questions/concerns in a very timely manner. Heimo was such a pleasure to deal with and we would definitely rent with them again. Thank you for making this such an amazing family vacation!

Stunning

Everything about this house is gorgeous, streamline and amazing. Big rooms, big lanai and plenty of room for entertaining. We love it so much we wanted to rent for a second week!!!!

Clean but Management Company is DIFFICULT!

Property was very clean and exactly as represented in the photos but management company was difficult. Made us supply extra paperwork, checked on us after we arrived - and then tried to make us sign a document that we would pay for any electricity usage over $100 for the week. I don't need that when I'm on vacation.

Necesitábamos encontrar un lugar tranquilo para alejarnos de la ciudad. Fue increíble disfrutar de la hermosa casa que alquilamos. Desde contratarla, vivirla, descubrir lo increíble de su disposición, todo su equipamiento, su espaciosidad, su fabulosa vista y todo lo cuidado y organizado dentro. Ojalá tengamos la oportunidad de volver con nuestra familia para compartir este lugar paradisíaco. Muchas gracias a los representantes que nos brindaron un servicio de atención cordial, prolijo y muy profesional.
