First floor: three bedrooms and two bathrooms** Big pool (larger than usual with about 30 feet in length)** low chlorine pool (skin friendly) and electrically heated** Fantastic view of wide canal plus intersection** stairs and catwalk real hard wood floors** 18 feet high ceiling in living room** three A/C units** high quality blinds in the living room (close and open automatically by pushing a button)** two green fishlights near dock
