studio pas entretenu

il est regrettable que l'on ne puisse pas faire un état des lieux à l'arrivée et au départ. le logement n'est pas entretenu. Le couchage non adapté aux dimensions de la chambre. Des ustensiles de cuisine non lavés et inutilisables. La salle d'eau et les toilettes avec des grosses fuites d'eau (réservoir des wc non fixé) vasque de lavabo qui fuit etc... Je ne re-louerait plus sans avoir de contact avec le propriétaire à l'arrivée et au départ.
