Excellent stay. The condo was clean and well equipped. Communication from Kye was excellent throughout our stay. Definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

It is a nice area with a lot of things close to you. Apartment building is in good shape and newer. Fitness area is very nice! We had an early morning arriving flight and asked if we could check in a little early. We were denied and told we had to pay for an extra day if we wanted to check in early. We were just asking for a couple of hours so the cost for an entire extra day was not worth it and we didn't feel Kye was being flexible. Another frustration is we were told to "park anywhere in the lower level and if those spots are taken you can request fob to enter the upper level for reserved spots." The lower levels are all reserved for current tenants and we were threatened to be towed. After host got us the fob and told us the reserved spot numbers we were fine. Ask for the reserved spots right away and don't know why host didn't give us that info. up front. TV did not work for the first few days until a new ROKU was delivered. Ice maker was broke, blinds in one bedroom wouldn't work, and microwave handle was busted.Kye did respond very quickly and did his best to fix the problems as fast as possible. Overall we were expecting better for what we paid for this unit. FYI the parking garage is a decent walk away from the apartment. Not a deal breaker but just be ready if you're carrying groceries or have a lot of luggage.

This was a great place for us having to go to UC Irvine. It had all the basics and was very comfortable! Parking was easy and secure. The apartment is a bit far from the parking so make sure you have things easy to carry from your car. Otherwise, great place and highly recommend. Host was very responsive!
