The house is located in the village of Wapiersk in Masuria, 5 km. from the tourist town of Lidzbark. In the village there is a small lake, approx. 200 m from the plot, there is also a small bathing area, but it is more suitable for boating, fishing, pedal boating than for swimming.

There is a large land area of 3000 metres, shared with the other house (the owner lives in the area). The house is wooden, has 80 metres, is single-storey with a usable attic. On the ground floor is the living area, which consists of a living room with dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances such as dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, all dishes and utensils necessary for preparing meals. The sofa in the living room has a fold-out bed for 2 persons. But in principle it is an alternative, because the night area is on the floor. From the living room there is an exit to the terrace.
