This spacious group house combines nature, plenty of open space, and a cosy atmosphere—ideal for families, groups of friends, and get-togethers with 12 to 31 guests.
Holiday together—with enough space for everyone
Sleep separately, enjoy together: A total of nine bedrooms offer even larger groups plenty of privacy and space to unwind. Nearly every room features its own bathroom (including a toilet) and a balcony, so your day can begin in complete relaxation with a view of the Pinzgau mountains.
A variety of common areas are available for socialising:
• Cooking together: A well-equipped kitchen with a large dining table on the ground floor, as well as separate kitchen areas in the apartments on the upper and top floors, provide space for culinary get-togethers.
• Basement bar (optional): The rustic basement bar with a beer tap and bar counter can be booked for social evenings and private parties.
Indoor and outdoor fun
The outdoor area features a spacious garden and a large terrace., Whether it’s barbecue evenings in the summer or snowball fights in the winter—there’s plenty of space here to let off steam and unwind.
Even in bad weather, there’s plenty to do:
On-site Finnish sauna: Perfect for warming up and relaxing after an active day (all-inclusive access; additional use available via tokens).
Recreation room: Equipped with table tennis, darts, foosball, and billiards (for a fee), as well as a separate play area for the little ones.

The region around Krimml offers endless possibilities in every season:
In summer: The famous Krimml Waterfalls (approx. 380-meter drop) are practically right on our doorstep. Countless hiking, biking, and mountain biking trails start right from the house and lead into the Hohe Tauern National Park.
In winter: The Zillertal Arena and the Wildkogel Arena are just a short trip away. A highlight is the kilometer-long toboggan run on the Wildkogel.
Especially convenient: The free ski bus stops almost right outside the door.
