Brünnstein Vacation Apartment: 50 m², max. 3 people

Our newly built house (completed in 2021) was constructed entirely from wood sourced from our own forest. The ground floor features a holiday rental with a living-dining room featuring a fireplace and two bedrooms. On the ground floor, there are two holiday apartments, each with a sleeping loft. The entire building was constructed by local craftsmen. The wood, sourced from our own forest, was sawed right on the property and stored to dry. The furniture was also crafted from our own wood by regional carpenters, and the interior furnishings come from regional manufacturers. Our goal is to give tangible form to the concept of “sustainability.” In addition, the energy for heating and hot water is derived exclusively from the sun and wood.
The Brünnstein holiday apartment is located on the ground floor with its own entrance and balcony. The beds are on a loft; there is one single bed and one double bed. The living-dining area features a fully equipped kitchen, including a Senseo pod coffee machine. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The ideal location for active travellers who enjoy the finer things in life: right outside the front door, you’ll find a variety of mountain hikes and walks amidst stunning natural scenery. On warm days, nearby lakes and outdoor pools invite you to cool off and relax. In winter, you can reach several ski resorts in no time—perfect for skiers, snowboarders, and winter hikers. Thanks to the convenient location, charming towns such as Kufstein are also within easy reach and offer cultural highlights, shopping opportunities, and cosy cafés. This is the ideal blend of nature and urban charm.
