Welcome to Revival on the Bluff, a brand new modern tiny home located in the gated community of The Retreat at Sunset Bluff in Monteagle, TN—just minutes from hiking trails, waterfalls, and the beauty of South Cumberland State Park. Large windows showcase peaceful forest views, while a unique catwalk connects two cozy lofts, making this one-of-a-kind retreat perfect for a relaxing mountain getaway.

Unwind outdoors on the covered porch, enjoy dinner on the private deck, or gather around the fire pit for s’mores under string lights that glow through the trees each evening. S’mores sticks are provided—just bring your own wood and kindling! The screened-in porch off the master bedroom offers another quiet spot to relax and take in the surroundings.

Inside, the main level features a comfortable master bedroom with a king-size bed, large Roku TV, full bathroom, and a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The living area includes an electric fireplace and Roku TV—perfect for cozy nights in.
Upstairs, the loft offers two full-size beds, another Roku TV, and stunning forest views through oversized windows. A charming catwalk leads to a kids’ playroom complete with games, a desk, and a reading nook.

Guests have full access to the property, including parking for up to two vehicles in the gravel driveway. ***Please note the driveway is narrow and wooded—drive slowly and carefully. ***

All outdoor areas, including the front porch and fire pit space, are yours to enjoy. (The locked door on the front porch is the owner’s closet and is not accessible.)
This home is a perfect base for exploring the area. You’re a short drive from Sewanee and popular attractions like The Caverns in Pelham, along with endless opportunities for hiking, waterfalls, and scenic overlooks. To help preserve the quiet, relaxing mountain setting, this property is strictly non-smoking, pet-free, and not suitable for parties or events.

I cannot say enough good things about Revival on the Bluff. It is brand new, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and Patrick is probably the most delightful and accommodating host that we’ve had to date. I’ve stayed in numerous tiny houses in the area over the past few years, and while I’ve had many excellent stays, I must say that this property is my new favorite. The den is incredibly cozy, it offers two lovely porch areas as well as double sinks in the spacious bathroom, the master has a king bed, and the design of the upstairs is simply next level…the pics don’t do it justice. Can’t wait to return! I booked my next stay before checking out this morning:)

Beautiful, very well equipped, and immaculate. I have stayed in several coattages in this and other retreat developments and this was the largest and nicest thus far. These are all nice but this one was probably the mist confortable. Will use this one everytime from now on if it is available
