The fully equipped kitchenette includes a dining area, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave (upon request).The bedroom, which opens onto the balcony, is furnished with a fixed double bed featuring disc-support mattresses (1.8 x 2.0 meters), a slatted frame (with a height-adjustable headboard), a three-door wardrobe, a mirror with a dresser, and additional storage space. The bathroom, featuring a skylight, shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, and storage space, rounds out the overall picture. The spacious balcony, furnished with comfortable lounge furniture, a parasol, and a clothes rack, invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings. Our house is located in the immediate vicinity (about a 3-minute walk) of the Limes Therme. There are many opportunities to explore the surrounding area on foot or by bike from our location, such as the Danube floodplains, hop gardens, asparagus fields, or the spa park. Pets are not allowed. An extra bed can be provided upon request for a fee of 15.00 EUR per night.
