Sehr gute Raumaufteilung, gerade, wenn man mit 4 Personen bzw. 4 Erwachsenen plus Kleinkind das Haus bewohnt. Schöner Garten mit gemütlichem Strandkorb. Grundstück kaum einsehbar. Sehr gute Lage unweit der City. Zu Fuß keine 5 Minuten. Zum Wasser ähnlich, es sei denn, man hat einen Kinderwagen dabei und möchten diesen nicht die Himmelsleiter herauf- und wieder heruntertragen. Dann wird der kleine Umweg über den Aufgang Badezeit gern in Kauf genommen.
