Very inaccurate listing!

We arrived to find a hotel room rather than an apartment. It does not have a kitchen as the listing states. The front desk workers told us that the hotel does not rent through VRBO and they had not ever seen a VRBO renter before. They did find our name on the guest list, but said the rental fee had not been paid. (I thought VRBO only guaranteed rentals if they were paid.) They charged us almost $100 more than the VRBO total that was quoted.
