This is a rare opportunity to rent one of the few townhouses that Williamsburg Brooklyn has to offer. A beautifully furnished home situated in a prime location one block from Domino Park and a few short blocks to the Bedford L and the East River Ferry.
Come enjoy a unique experience of staying in a home that is warm, comfortable and free of clutter. With it’s hardwood floors and New England wainscoting our home has just the right amount of art, books and collections from our travels making it a inviting and lived in space.
The surrounding neighborhood has a vibrant vibe and is full of restaurants, cafes, movie theaters, music venues, bars, bookstores and boutiques, sporting local and high end stores. Trader Joes and Whole Foods are a short walk away (5-7 minutes respectively) along with Domino Park which has spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline and three bridges, is just one of our many perks in the neighborhood.
Our home is the ideal place for a couple or family, with it’s 3 bedrooms that sleep 6 and its 2 1/2 baths. The kitchen with it’s top of the line appliances,(Liebherr refrigerator, Miele dishwasher and Bertazzoni 5 burner stove) is part of an open floor plan which includes the dining and living rooms. Access to the deck and backyard is just steps away for candle lite summer evenings. The second floor offers the primary bedroom with a king size bed, three spacious closets, plenty of storage and a bathroom with a walk in shower just down the hall. The third floor offers a guest or kid friendly space with two bedrooms. Each bedroom has two twin beds and trundles. There is a large bathroom with a claw foot tub and washer and dryer in the hallway.
My husband and I have lived in this home for 20 years. We raised our two adult children here whom are now grown and away during this time. We are planning on moving into our downstairs apartment for smaller quarters since we don’t quite need as much space for just the two of us.
All agreements are with the lister. We are seeking a three month rental of July, August, and September. We would consider offering October is requested.
