Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor amenities. From the sports court to the hot tub, every space is yours to enjoy privately during your stay.

While you’ll feel far removed from everything, you’re still within driving distance of some of the area’s best attractions:



- Beavers Bend State Park – hiking, fishing, kayaking, and scenic views

- Broken Bow Lake – boating, swimming, and crystal-clear water

- Hochatown area – local restaurants, breweries, wineries, and family activities



This is the kind of place where you can spend the entire trip at the cabin — or venture out for a day of adventure and come home to unwind.



Getting Around:

Due to the secluded location, a vehicle is required to access the property and explore the area.



The roads leading to the cabin are unpaved and less maintained, so vehicles with higher clearance are recommended

There is ample parking available for multiple vehicles in the driveway



Other Things to Note:

Any cancellation refund issued will be less the cost of payment processing fees incurred (these are typically 4%, but vary by booking platform). Because payment processing fees are incurred at the time the reservation is made and are not refunded by the payment processor, we must subtract this amount from any refund that we issue.



Furry friends are welcome for a fee of $100 per pet.



We require both a waiver and ID upload prior to receiving check-in instructions. You are welcome to request the waiver terms prior to booking if interested.
