Schöne Wohnung, alles sauber. Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fängt schon bei der Schlüsseübergabe an. Vielen Dank für die tollen Informationen. Am letzten Tag klemte die Dunstabzugshaube, Reinigungskraft informiert, innerhalb 1 Stunde war der Schaden behoben. Danke dafür. Die Lage der Wohnung zum Innenhof perfekt, keinerlei Straßenverkehr zu hören. Gerne wieder.

Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist gut geschnitten, hell und sauber. Nachdem ich Kleinigkeiten angesprochen habe, die nicht ganz in Ordnung waren, wurde sofort dafür gesorgt, dass sich der Hausmeister dies ansieht und entsprechend notwendige Schritte einleitet. Das Wfv-Team ist sehr freundlich und ich habe mich willkommen gefühlt.

Das Badezimmer ist sehr alt. Brause defekt. Für Ungeübte ist es kaum möglich zu duschen und aus der hohen, alten Badewanne zu kommen. Muss vorher angegeben werden. Alle Elektrogeräte sind sehr, sehr alt. Staubsauger fehlt das Rohr und stinkt. Preis/Leistung passt nicht. Übrigens waren wir schon häufiger in der Residenz ohne Beanstandungen. Lg
