Schöne Wohnung in schöner Umgebung mit kleinen Mängeln.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön, war sehr sauber und ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Allerdings sind es Details, die den an sich guten Eindruck beeinträchtigen. Da sind einige Teller und Schüsseln angeschlagen, der Backofen heizt nicht richtig, das Laminat ist an einer Stelle kaputt, das Terrassenholz verwittert, vom Gartenstuhl ist ein Stück Lehne abgebrochen usw. Jedes einzeln für sich wäre absolut tolerabel, aber in der Menge wirkt die Wohnung dadurch etwas vernachlässigt. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war absolut professionell und angenehm. Ein tropfender Abfluss wurde trotz der Feiertage sofort und unkompliziert repariert.

Schäferhaus Groß Zicker

Leider musste ich feststellen, dass das Haus einige Mängel hatte. Die beschriebene Microwelle ist nicht vorhanden, der Backofen funktioniert nicht mehr richtig ( Umluft geht nicht ), die Geschirrspülmaschine wäscht nicht gründlich ( das Geschirr musste immer nachgespült werden ) Im Wohnzimmer löst sich an einem Sofa das Leder stark ab ( sollte mal ausgetauscht werden ). Im gesamten Erdgeschoss gibt es keine Fliegengitter, diese wären gegen die vielen Mücken aber ein muss. Die Spielgeräte im Keller ( Tischtennisplatte, Kickertisch und Billard ) sind vorhanden, aber der Raum ist für die Anzahl leider zu klein. Der Urlaub auf Rügen war bis auf die Mängel im Haus sehr schön. Rügen ist immer eine Reise wert, auch die Gegend Mönchsgut ist herrlich.

Ein großzügiges und dennoch gemütliches Ferienhaus zum rund um wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, direkt im Naturschutzgebiet. Die Fahrweg zum Einkaufen und den Sehenswürdigkeiten sind etwas weiter, aber das kann man für die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit gerne in Kauf nehmen. Der nächste Strand ist zu Fuß in einer halben Stunde erreichbar, oder eine Station mit dem Bus zu fahren. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn es sich ergibt
