Are you looking for accommodation for a group of people—a place from which you can begin your journey of discovery in the Harz Mountains, but that’s also ideal for a relaxing holiday or for meeting with business partners to work intensively for a few days in a private setting?

Then a HARZLICH welcome to our comfortable KHOMES group house in Schulenberg. This house boasts a magnificent view of the Okertalsperre reservoir all the way to the Brocken.

After more than a year of renovation work, which was completed in September 2021, you can look forward to you’ll find approximately 300 square metres of modern, cosy living space on a fenced-in lot of about 1,200 square metres, located in Schulenberg (between Altenau and Goslar). Schulenberg is situated above the Okertalsperre and offers a magnificent view.

Our box-spring beds, available in 7 bedrooms, invite you to rest. In addition, our property features another bedroom with a bunk bed, as well as an ottoman suitable for sleeping. This means restful nights should no longer be a problem.

Our 4 bathrooms, each featuring a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, heated mirrors that don’t fog up while showering, and windows, ensure a smooth and hassle-free morning—even when the property is fully booked.

The Harz Mountains, peace and quiet, nature… it’s all very nice, but you still want to stay connected to the world?

With our free 50MB internet connection (including Wi-Fi), streaming, sending holiday photos and videos, or even holding online team meetings with larger groups should be no problem at all.

Our fully equipped kitchen, featuring high-quality appliances such as an induction cooktop, range hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartments, automatic coffee maker, filter coffee maker with two pots, toaster, etc., should delight any home cook—unless they get too distracted by the beautiful view of the Okertalsperre reservoir from the kitchen island and let their food burn ;)

Whether it’s cosy film nights or giving a presentation, our 75-inch LG Smart TV not only creates a nice atmosphere but also makes a projector unnecessary.

The portable Bluetooth speaker from Teufel delivers great sound—anywhere in the house where you need it.

To make it hard for you to claim that you got bored after your nature excursions, visiting the many sights the Harz has to offer, or during rainy weather, we’ve set up a room where you can put your skills to the test—whether it’s your accuracy at pool, your reaction speed at air hockey, or your teamwork skills at foosball.

If your skills weren’t quite enough to win, you’re feeling frustrated, and now you need to get some fresh air right away, then our terrace—built directly adjacent to the room and spanning three levels—is just the thing for you. There, you can't only take a deep breath and reconnect with nature, but also light up a cigarette—which, unfortunately, isn’t allowed in other areas of the building.

The room is also perfect for keeping the kids occupied so the adults can just chat in peace.

You should also be able to find peace and relaxation in the sauna.

Do you like sitting together? Of course, we’ve made that possible here, too.
