The sage house is a cozy rental tucked away in Browerville, MN.  There are three bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed, one with a queen-sized bed, and one with a set of twin-over-full bunks.  We have two full bathrooms and a laundry room for your laundry needs.  There's an eat-in kitchen stocked with the basics for cooking and baking.  Our living room is the perfect spot for connecting with loved ones and boasts a futon that sleeps two people.  The family room is another spot to relax, and offers extra space for those larger families or groups.  Outdoors is a fire pit and a grill for those cozy evenings around the fire.  You'll find our home sparkling clean and thoughtfully furnished for your best possible experience.  Book today for your next getaway or work trip.

- We kindly ask that there be no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

- Please be aware that you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking, and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

- This unit is not pet-friendly.
