This holiday rental offers everything you need to feel right at home for up to 4 adults in 43 m².
The apartment is located right behind the dike, so the beach and the beautiful promenade are just a few minutes’ walk away.

You could hardly spend your holiday any closer to the sea.

The apartment is located directly behind the dike in the “Haus Meeresblick” building in the Baltic Sea resort of Kellenhusen.
From here, it’s just a few metres across a small street to the promenade and the fine sandy beach. Here you’ll find beach chairs, many cafes and restaurants, mini-golf, beach football, beach volleyball, a sailing club, and much more.


The lovingly furnished apartment is located on the 3rd floor, which is accessible by lift, and features a spacious balcony.
The living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa and a dining area and has direct access to the furnished balcony.

The bright, separate bedroom features a large closet and a spacious double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-burner stove, a coffee maker, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a toilet.

The holiday rental is located very close to the Baltic Sea, right behind the dike.
The beautiful beach promenade in Kellenhusen is just a few steps away.
No dogs or children allowed in the apartment.

Construction work in 2025!
Renovation work will take place on the IFA outbuildings in 2025. As a result, some minor construction noise is to be expected. However, no noisy work will be carried out between 12:00 - 15:00 and 21:00 - 8:00, nor on Sundays and holidays.

Die Fewo ist ganz gut, die Badmöbel sollten mal ausgetauscht werden. Der sonstige Zustand ist gut,

Die Fewo ist ganz gut, die Badmöbel sollten mal ausgetauscht werden. Der sonstige Zustand ist gut, vermißt haben wir nur das WLAN. Der in der Beschreibung der Wohnung angekündigte Baulärm war nicht störend. Der Fahrstuhl sollte mal überprüft werden, da er so seine Eigenheiten hat. Massentourismus am Strand, aber viele schöne und lohnenswerte Ziele in der Umgebung.
