Bei der Dusche war das Waschbecken verstopft. Wir haben aber Abflussreiniger erhalten. Abfluss war danach frei, aber aus dem Abfluss kamen Gerüche, da der Abfluss ohne Siphon montiert wurde !!!!! Totale Ignoranten beim Bau. Kaffeemaschine war voll verkalkt und wurde anstandslos ausgetauscht. Sehr gut. Bitte Besitzer benachrichtigen, dass beim Fenster im 1. Stock das Blech an einer Stelle hochgeklappt ist und so Marder leichten Zugang haben. Kann man von der Terrasse im Garten aus sehen. Internet ging 2 Tage nicht. Erst nach nochmaliger Beschwerde und da auch die Nachbarn keins hatten wurde es wieder zum Laufen gebracht.

Negativ war der eingeschränkte Tv Empfang.. …Bedienungsanleitungen für Küchengeräte schwer zu verstehen. Die Dunstabzugshaube, lässt sich nicht herausziehen! Ansonsten war alles super sauber und ordentlich!! Wir kommen gerne wieder . ….Im Kinderzimmer gab es ein Ameisenproblem!!

Die Fewo hat uns gut gefallen,alles schön eingerichtet,zur Promenade & Hundestrand waren es nur wenige Meter,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( Nahkauf & Kaufhaus Stolz ) in wenigen Minuten erreichbar . Nur zur Anmerkung; Es wäre schön gewesen,wenn die Heizung funktioniert hätte,da die Temperaturen gerade morgens & abends um diese Jahreszeit schon recht kühl sind / waren. desweiteren müßte regelmäßig nach dem Abfluß in Bad & WC geschaut werden,da dieser verstopft zu sein schien . Trotzdem würde wir einen erneuten Auffenthalt buchen .

Die Wohnung ist klasse aufgeteilt und es gab genug Ablagemöglichkeiten, was uns immer wichtig ist. Die Räume waren für uns ausreichend groß und der direkte Zugang zum Garten ist ebenfalls perfekt. Die Ausstattung an normalen Gläsern dürfte gerne etwas mehr sein. Ansonsten sind wir gut mit allem ausgekommen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!
