Wir waren letztes Jahr schon einmal hier, man ist angekommen und hat sich gleich zuhaus gefühlt, vielleicht auch, weil man schon wusste, wo man wohnt über 2 Wochen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht für 2 Wochen Urlaub um sich selbst auf der Insel, kompletter Haushalt, Waschmaschine Trockner etc. . Das WLAN knickt etwas ein, wenn das Haus voll ist und alle gleichzeitig TV schauen. Ich hab mein Handy als Hotspot eingerichtet und schon war ich raus der Nummer. Soll aber auch allgemein ein kleines Inselproblem sein. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist eigentlich in Ordnung, es gibt aber auch Wohnungen, die um und bei die gleiche Größe haben, teilweise eine etwas bessere Aussicht haben und ein wenig billiger sind. Deshalb ein Punkt abzug. Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung, die Handtuchregale sollten vielleicht mal von innen mit abgewischt werden (eines davon war es nicht, vielleicht einfach nur übersehen), war nicht so schön, saubere Handtücher da reinzulegen. Ales in allem, wir kommen wieder, nur wann wissen wir noch nicht.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig zum Fähranleger und man ist in kürzester Zeit am Wasser. Man hat eine gute Aussicht über den Fähranleger und auf Föhr. Der Weg Zufluss zur Wandelbahn dauert nur eine Minute.

Das Lichte, Helle der Wohnung; gut möbliert, nicht "überladen"; ruhig (gute Fenster!) in dieser Jahreszeit. Zentral gelegen; für uns ältere Menschen praktisch, so nah am Fährhafen, Fahrradvermietung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Ferien geniessen zu können. Gute Matratzen!

Eigentlich alles, darum kommen wir jedes Jahr wieder: Die Lage - man ist praktisch mitten im Ort (Edeka, Bushaltestelle usw. und gleichzeitig ganz schnell sowohl an der Strandpromenade als auch am Strand an der Wattseite, und die Wohnung hat sogar Meerblick. Durch die Nähe zur Fähre muß man nicht erst mit dem ganzen Gepäck Bus fahren, um zur Unterkunft zu kommen. Die riesige Fensterfront ist immer wieder ein Highlight! Wir haben getrennte Schlafmöglichkeiten, also 2 Räume, für einen angemessenen Preis, und im Wohnzimmer steht ein Schrankbett, so daß man nicht erst jeden Tag ein Schlafsofa umbauen muß, was richtig nervig ist. Daß in der Wohnung Laminat liegt und kein Teppichboden, ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Die Einrichtung ist hell und freundlich.

Man kommt in die Wohnung und fühlt sich einfach wohl, und das jedes mal, wenn man vom Spaziergang oder vom Strand wieder nach Hause geht, denn es geht nichts über den Wohlfühlfaktor. Die Birke links im Wohnzimmerfenster. Hat viel spaß gemacht ihr zuzusehen, wie sie sich im Wind gebogen hat. Erinnert mich an die peitschende Weide aus den Harry Potter Filmen, bloß nicht entfernen. ;-)

Wir kommen nun schon seit mehreren Jahren, weil diese Wohnung für uns (2 separat schlafenden Frauen) einfach perfekt ist: Die zentrale Lage und der Blick aus der riesigen Fensterfront sowieso, aber auch die Tatsache, daß es im Wohnzimmer ein Schrankbett gibt: So muß man nicht erst umständlich ein Schlafsofa umklappen. Außerdem ist die Einrichtung so hell und freundlich, daß man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist trotz steigender Preise immer noch sehr gut, wenn man es mit anderen Wohnungen auf Amrum vergleicht.
