Vacation apartment (78m2) with terrace and fully equipped kitchen

Our holiday rental (78 m²) is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 + 1 people. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, and a newly renovated bathroom with a wheelchair-accessible shower. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. The outdoor seating area is reserved exclusively for our guests so they can enjoy a warm summer evening or two. Spacious living room with satellite TV, sofa bed, height-adjustable table, and Wi-Fi. Bedroom with a large wardrobe, a double bed (180 x 200 cm), and a bench at the foot of the bed with storage space. Small storage closet (e.g., for storing suitcases) behind the wardrobe. Our bathroom was recently renovated and features a wheelchair-accessible shower. The kitchen is fully equipped: a cosy seating area, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a hygienic stainless-steel sink, a dishwasher, a kettle, a radio, a toaster, etc. Glasses, dishes, silverware, pots, and a small welcome gift from my happy chickens. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. Meals (bread roll service available upon request), parking, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, towels, and bed linens are included.
