The Space:

Blodgett Urban Lofts is a professionally managed, multi-unit property designed for midterm and extended stays, including insurance displacement, relocation, medical assignments, and academic housing. Multiple units are available on-site, allowing larger groups or families to reserve more than one apartment when needed (subject to availability).



We also manage additional furnished properties across Houston, including townhomes, apartments, and single-family homes. If you need a different layout, size, or location, feel free to ask.



This unit (1) is a private 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment located on the second floor (stairs required). The layout is clean, functional, and ideal for stays of two weeks or longer.



Units 1 & 2 are second-floor 1BR/1BA apartments, ideal for comfortable and functional stays. These units can also be connected via an internal annex, creating a spacious 2BR/2BA layout for larger groups.

This part of Houston is undergoing active redevelopment, so you will see a mix of newer homes, rehabbed properties, and some older houses. It is a primarily Black neighborhood with strong proximity to central Houston. Overall, it is typically calm, and we have not had issues at the property. Because of the close-in urban location, you may occasionally see homeless individuals in the broader area, and traffic can pick up at times.
