This part of Houston is undergoing active redevelopment, so you will see a mix of newer homes, rehabbed properties, and some older houses. It is a primarily Black neighborhood with strong proximity to central Houston. Overall, it is typically calm, and we have not had issues at the property. Because of the close-in urban location, you may occasionally see homeless individuals in the broader area, and traffic can pick up at times.
