The space
We invite you to enjoy our beautiful Italian-style villa with views of Lake Oswego.

Stone floors and skylights in spacious kitchen, living room, and full formal dining room that seats 10.

Two suites with full bathrooms.

- Large main suite sleeps four in two bedrooms (bedroom 1 and bedroom 2), and has a large shared bathroom with a walk-in shower and clawfoot tub. Make sure to review the detailed floor plan in the listing photos to be sure the shared layout of the main suite works for your stay.

- Smaller suite (bedroom 3) sleeps two with a full bath.

- An additional rollaway bed, a porta-crib, and a highchair are available when requested

Gourmet kitchen with 20-foot marble countertop, views of the lake, 42-inch gourmet stove, Sub-Zero fridge, and breakfast table with seating for six. The fridge will be stocked with milk, juice, fruit, beer, and wine. Stocked coffee station.

All the pots and pans, utensils, silverware, glassware, stemware, and plates you will need.
Oils and spices for cooking are supplied. Kitchen will be stocked with some pasta and sauce to get your started. There are two grocery stores within 5 minute drive. Please let us know if we can shop for you ahead of time.

We are pet friendly. There are two cats that live on the property with the hosts, but not in this house.

Also available: air fryer, juicer, Vitamix blender, toaster, rice maker, and crockpot.

The property is surrounded by 100 foot trees on all sides, has a beautiful backyard with a stone patio for outdoor dining with a gas grill available for your use.

All of the construction work is finished, and we have a brand new beautiful road leaving to the house..

Access to the lake is at Millennium Park only. This is about a 2 mile drive from the house.

Entertainment:
- In bedroom 2 there is a TV with Disney+, Amazon prime, Hulu, and Netflix. Feel free to move it to any room.
- Super fast Internet with 500 MB download speeds
- Amazon Alexa available in the living room and kitchen to play music on large sound system
- Five-minute drive from downtown Lake Oswego, which has many fine restaurants and alfresco dining.
- 10-minute drive to Bridgetown Mall with premium shopping, restaurants, and a large Regal movie theater.
- 15-20 minute drive from downtown Portland.

Have kids?
- In the yard, there is a cedar play structure with a sandbox and a slide for their use
- Scooters and push bikes are available.
- An indoor kids' play area with lots of toys and a play kitchen that can be set up in the master suite or the living room at your request.
