Lovely place to stay
It was very evident during our stay that the homeowner takes pride in their property. All the furniture was nice and cohesive, the amenities and decor were very tasteful and of good quality. Our family felt at home away from home and hope to stay here again soon.
Do where all locations fantastic for first-timers to lake Tahoe. The grounds of the cone corporation were kept clean and very well organized. The pool was a little bit crowded, but we enjoyed most of our time at the beach. The host responded very quickly to any questions

3 bedroom condo..nice interior
Location down Lake Tahoe Blvd.
Short drive to Heavenly Way, Casinos and other direction to other lake access. Private beach to enjoy sunset
Great Location, very clean. It is close to the lake and is centrally located.
Suggestion: Salt and pepper and Sugar to be stocked, extra blankets, as the heater is noisy at night.
We enjoyed our stay.
Nice condo. Three level surprised us when we got there. Maybe I missed where it said it was three levels. Kinda inconvenient with two sets of stairs with infants. No AC, got kinda hot during the day, but we were at the beach anyway. Great location to pool and beach. Great stay overall.

Nice Condo, great location
Nice clean condo. Beds were comfortable and everything worked properly. We could walk to the private beach in 3 minutes and there was plenty of spots on the beach. This condo is three stories, so it made it a little challenging with a toddler. We just had to block off the stairs. Parking is a little crowded. I would rent again. We had a great time.

Location is perfect
The private beach is amazing! No need to drive anywhere else for a fun beach day. This particular condo was lacking some basic items I felt it should have i.e. bath mats, salt, pepper, scissors, oven mits. Two of the three beds really need to be replaced. Overall a good value and we loved Lakeland Village!

Pantry items like oils and spices are not usually stored in the home for sanitary purposes. We encourage our guests to bring any food-related items they may need during their visit.
Perfect spot for private lake access & restaurants
We stayed at lakeland village Apri 27-28. The layout of the condo/townhome we stayed was a bit weird with bedrooms in the first floor, kitchen & living on the 2nd floor- nevertheless worked. Office staff was highly responsive when we reported non-operating flush in one of the toilets. Other than that it was a pleasant stay, walkable distance to the lake. Few minutes drive to 'basecamp pizzeria' - a must try. Overall, a nice stay.
My family and I enjoyed the location, size of the property, comfort, cleanliness, and so much more. We felt like we were in a mini-vacation and when out exploring for a while it was comforting to get back in the house and have all the amenities we needed. Whether it was a kitchen, bathroom, living room, outside porch, or just to wind down and lie down - everything was there. There is an ample amount of space to get a little separation from the kids when needed (and they from us) and couldn't be happier about the overall experience. We talked about it on the way back home and if the opportunity comes, we'd like to come back to the same place when in South Lake Tahoe. Thank You!

Great location in SLT.
Perfect location in the town. The condo is tired and needs update. The project amenities were great. No air conditioning but it cooled off 2nd day so turned out ok. Fans were too loud to use at night. It was very clean. Entry code didn’t work so that created some delays on checkin. Vacasa helped on phone and we accessed a key. I would try another unit in the complex next time.
