Nestled at the base of the Canyons Village overlooking the valley, this brand-new 2BR/2BA condo is the ultimate home base for outdoor enthusiasts. Enjoy the fresh mountain air from two spacious patios.



Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate this pet-friendly location at the Residences at Blackstone that provides ski lifts within walking distance as well as on-site amenities including an outdoor heated pool, shared hot tub, clubhouse, and a fitness center.



LIVING AREA



Sprawl out on three sleeper sofas next to the gas fireplace and watch shows on the 55” flat screen TV with cable.



KITCHEN & DINING



The chef in your group will appreciate a well-equipped kitchen with a farmhouse sink, a full suite of stainless steel Viking appliances, and an island with seating for four.



Gather for festive vacation meals at the six-person dining table.



BEDROOMS & BATHS



This condo includes two bedrooms that sleep up to eight guests total. Two full bathrooms and one half bathroom are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.



Retreat to the master suite outfitted with a king-size bed, gas fireplace, 50” flat screen TV, and a closet. The en-suite master bath features a double vanity and a walk-in shower.



The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, 50” flat screen TV, a closet, and access to a covered patio. The second en-suite bath features a tub/shower combination.



Privacy blinds have been installed on all windows and doors.



OUTDOOR AREA



French doors open to a spacious patio; concoct a refreshing beverage and enjoy the mountain air. The second bedroom provides access to an additional patio.

Residences at Blackstone amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, heated outdoor pool, and hot tub.



Assigned parking is provided for one vehicle in the garage (space for one additional vehicle may be available in the guest parking area, on a first-come, first-serve basis). A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi as well as blinds on the windows are provided. This property is pet-friendly.

The condo was very nice and clean. We had everything we needed. The situation at the pool was not good. There were only two lounge chairs, and a few regular chairs. Not nearly enough for everyone there, which definitely detracted from our trip. I would’ve preferred to be much higher on the mountain, also.

Well appointed two bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. Only con is it is a bottom unit so you can hear guests in the floor above. And any car lights in the parking lot shines thru the windows at night, recommend putting blackout blinds in the bedrooms.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were thrilled with the facility. Spacious, clean, equipped and well located for our needs. Or few concerns for repairs were addressed quickly: the clip in the dishwasher, the window latch and the loose screws in the hinges of the 2 exterior doors (the door screws were not long enough and are still to be repaired as we left Park city)

Property was nice. Construction was irritating, but we knew that going into the property. Parking was difficult for a large vehicle (Suburban) and there were minimal out of garage spots. House was hot and we missed window screens as we like open windows at night. Overall we had a nice stay and enjoyed being able to bring our dogs.

Beautiful facility

The complex, as well as condo itself, were beautiful and easily accessible. My only complaint were the utensils, pots and pans, etc. which were minimal and very low quality. I do Thanksgiving dinner every year in park city for my family and I could not do it due to the lack of cooking amenities. We all had to go to my daughter's condo for dinner. Otherwise, dishwasher, oven/stove and washer and drying were very nice. The Condo itself was also very nice.

We rented the property - unit 1 G Could not get in and waited for customer service for over an hour and a half to find out there was another building with 1 G Those instructions should have been more specific Very embarrassed with client Unit was great/ clean - front door sidewalk not cleared for walking
