there are two units to rent -- this is my review of the ground-level studio unit.it's a new place, definitely very clean. and having laundry was appreciated. but the lock IN our unit to lock out anyone using the laundry did not work -- so that should be fixed.we had a little trouble getting in because they send you all the info for getting in via the vrbo site, but i didn't have wifi at the property, so i had to call to get the info, and then the code on the door didn't work, but the key in the lockbox worked. so i consider that a bit more than a hiccup. most places will text you directly with entry instructions...then, just be aware that there is no dishwasher, and no drying rack for washed dishes, so it's a little less than ideal, but maybe i'm spoiled? also no garbage disposal -- so all food waste has to go in the trash. also, not ideal. and there's no receptacle for recyclables which would seem to me to be a standard? we just used a box we had from grocery shopping at trader joe's in portland.if you're staying a night and eating out, the kitchen set up won't affect you -- but if you're staying a week and expecting to eat in, it's something to consider. final thing, as others have noted -- not enough sound proofing with the top floor. we were lucky, both nights the guests upstairs were pretty respectful. but you can definitely hear regular speaking voices from the floor above.
