Brand-new and ideally located near the heart of town, this polished home in Florence is a true walker's delight. Take morning strolls to Old Town and the banks of the Siuslaw River, spend your afternoons at the beach, and return home each evening for a soak in the backyard hot tub beneath a star-filled sky.



Built in 2023, this two-story home gives you excellent access to the best of Florence. Exploding Whale Memorial Park (a quarter-mile), Old Town (less than half a mile), and Three Rivers Casino Resort (two miles) are all close by. When you're ready to hit the beach, it's a quick drive to both South Jetty (four miles) and North Jetty Beaches (five miles).



A wonderful feature of this home is the spacious backyard, securely fenced so your kids can play safely. It's a lovely spot for morning coffee, long lunches at the picnic table, and sunset soaks in the hot tub.



As new construction (2023), the house is open, bright, and full of small comforts, including central air for the warmest summer days. Enjoy a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, as well as living rooms both upstairs and down where you can watch movies and play board games at night. A private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi round out the home essentials.

Very comfortable and clean property! We would definitely like to stay again. Only one minor issue to be aware of. There seems to be several ants in the upstairs bathroom around the vanity-they just popped up overnight!

This home was the perfect place for our family to stay while visiting the Oregon coast. It was so clean, comfortable, and organized. We loved the yard and hot tub. Great location

Just spent the weekend at this property and found it very well located for a stay in Florence. The Rhododendron Festival was going on and we were in easy walking distance to all of the festivities as well as Old Town restaurants. It is well furnished, clean , and has a lovely back yard with a hot tub and privacy fencing. Also the beds are comfortable and the showers have great water pressure. i will definitely go there again.

Great place to stay while visiting family

We really enjoyed staying here for two days over the holidays. The location and house are excellent. The main bedroom is downstairs and the entry has zero threshold great for anyone with step or mobility challenges. Unfortunately there is quite an ant problem in both the kitchen (even IN the refrigerator) and bathroom. This seems to be a known issue as there were bait traps available (but not set out). Disclosure of this by Vacasa would have been appreciated!

Comfortable and convenient

This house was cute And just right for us. Location is excellent to do anything. It was clean and comfortable to hang out and spend time together. I love the cozy bean bag chair and so did my daughter. My husband and I surprised her on the second day to join us as it was originally just a couples trip. We always stay at a place with a hot tub and that’s one of the reasons we chose this place. Unfortunately, something is wrong with the hot tub and once those jets turned on we were locked in unless we wanted to get blasted in the face to get out haha. I wish we had it on camera because I’ve never seen anything like it in my life. Those jets had a mind of

Amazing Time!

What a great experience! First time visiting Florence and it's now one of my favorite "secret" Oregon spots. The number of outstanding restaurants within walking distance is unreal for a town of this size (Pono Hukilau and Nosh are the standout dinner spots). The house was perfect! Brand new, clean, hot tub, and the upstairs hangout area was so comfortable to just chill out in. We got just little bit of sun, so we had a bocce ball tournament out back. I hate getting dirty, so the turf in the backyard was perfect for me :) Def staying here again the next time I come through Oregon!
